There are more than 50 personalised 50th birthday cards to choose from.
The genuine British sixpence on the front of many of the cards shows the year '1958' - the year they were born. The sixpence shows the national emblems of England (rose), Ireland (shamrock), Scotland (thistle) and Wales (leek).
