So much more than just a card
There is a genuine pre-decimal British stamp on the front of each card.
You can choose a birth year stamp or a special interest stamp.
The stamps are retained within a 'poly pouch' on the front of the card, and can easily be removed for closer inspection or for addition to a stamp collection. Some of the stamps are illustrated below.
Stamps with birth year dates include:
40th birthday (1968) - 'Votes For Women' stamp 42nd birthday (1966) - 'Football World Cup' stamp
51st birthday (1957) - 'Scouts 50 years' stamp 57th birthday (1951) - 'Festival of Britain'stamp
59th birthday (1949) - 'Postal Union' stamp 60th birthday (1948) - 'Olympic Games' stamp
68th birthday (1840-1940) - 'Centenary' stamp 71st birthday (1937) - 'Coronation'stamp
73rd birthday (1935) - 'Silver Jubilee' stamp
Special interests depicted on the stamps include aviation, football, history, politics, scouts, sport & travel.
Your personal message is printed in a silver-coloured or gold-coloured script font on the inner leaves of the card.
