DELIVERY UK orders are sent by First Class post. International orders are sent by Air Mail. Greetings Cards: if you phone to pay by credit/debit card in the morning and the card is for delivery within the UK, your card can be printed and sent the same day and so, post permitting, you should receive the card the next day. If you pay by cheque and send your cheque by First Class post on, for example, a Tuesday morning and we receive it Wednesday, you should receive your order on Thursday. (see FAQ Q9 below) House moving / change of address cards, wedding place cards, place cards for parties, place cards for corporate functions, menus, invitations, RSVP cards, pillow chocolate cards and very large orders for corporate birthday cards take a little longer: please allow 3 to 5 working days after payment for us to print and send these special or large orders. Weekends & Bank Holidays: If we receive your cheque on Saturday, your cards will be sent on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you are concerned about delivery timescales, you are welcome to phone (01372 278 620) or send an email before placing your order. 2008 Many of our birthday cards and anniversary cards have coins with the year date that the person was born or the couple were married. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS for GREETING CARDS The prices quoted on the website are for UK delivery only. For greeting cards sent by Air Mail to a non-UK address, there is an additional charge of 2 pounds. If you are not resident in the UK and would like to order wedding place cards, change-of-address cards, party invitations or corporate gifts & cards, please submit an order form without obligation and we will e-mail you a quote for shipping. EXCHANGE RATES. Our prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Amongst the many sites that offer exchange rate information are Yahoo & BBC BRITISH EXPATRIATES & BFPO Many British 'expats', UK residents working abroad, and British Forces Posted Overseas use our company to ensure their chosen greetings cards arrive on time! Send details of your order(s) online and then phone (+44 1372 278620) with your credit/debit card details. We time the mailing of the cards so that they arrive in time for the birthday or wedding anniversary. VAT Prices are inclusive of VAT. FAQ Q 1 : Are the coins real? A: Yes, all the coins are genuine coins. As members of the BNTA, we can only sell genuine coins. Q 2 : Once the card arrives, will I be able to send it on to the recipient? A: Yes. If you order either one or two cards to be sent to your address, you will receive a board-backed envelope. Within the board-backed envelope you will find a poly bag containing your card(s) and white envelope(s) plus a free gift tag and your receipt. If you order 3 or more cards, we will send the cards, envelopes, gift tag and receipt in a box. Q 3 : Are the cards printed on good quality, thick card? A: Yes. The cards are printed on 300 gsm card. Q 4 : Do you have a catalogue of your cards & gifts that you can send us? A: No. If you can't find exactly what you want on our websites, do get in touch. Q 5 : Can you help with the words I should use for the message inside the card? A: Yes. If you phone us, we can suggest some suitable words for the message inside your card. Q 6 : Can I have the inside of the card blank for my handwritten message? A: Yes. On the online form do not type anything in the 'message box'. Q 7 : Do you do any different card designs? A: Yes. Many of our card designs are the result of someone asking for something different! Let us know the theme or occasion, and we'll do our best to design something new. This usually takes only 1 or 2 days. Q 8 : Can someone who doesn't have access to the Internet order a card? A: Yes, they are welcome to phone 01372 278620 with their order details. Alternatively, you can print out an order form for them to complete and post to us. Q 9 : Do cards always arrive the next day? A: No. We use Royal Mail's First Class Post for cards sent to the UK. Many cards arrive the next day and most arrive within 2 days. Royal Mail's service is, in our experience, extremely good but very occasionally cards take longer than 2 days to arrive. We do not accept responsibility for cards that are delayed in the post. |
